Below you'll find a tool that allows you to unblock most restricted YouTube videos
UPDATE: The YouTube unblocker should still work. First, make sure you are on the http version of the site (http://www.imnotagoat.altervista.org) not the https version. In the top right hand corner of the URL bar there is a little red and gray shield, click it and then click load unsafe scripts. The YouTube unblocker should then work again.

(Video may say blocked by VEVO, in that case there is no way to view them unless Vevo.com is unblocked. There also some video that just cannot be unblocked by this method. If you have duckduckgo.com unblocked, try to serach the videos tab on there and then click 'Watch Here'.
